Oversee the full lifecycle of data science projects, including molecular data preprocessing, predictive model development, and deployment into research workflows.
Build and optimize QSAR, ADMET, and structure–activity relationship models to support candidate molecule evaluation.
Translate computational results into testable experimental hypotheses and formal drug design recommendations for review by cross-functional teams.
Apply deep learning and graph-based methods to molecular representations and binding affinity prediction.
Provide technical guidance and perform code review for up to two (2) junior data scientists on project-specific tasks.
Document and contribute to internal standard operating procedures for computational modeling.
Present findings and recommendations to scientific and business stakeholders.
Master’s in Data Science, Innovation (data science focused), Computational Chemistry, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered, Data Scientist, or closely related Data Science position.
